To manage or cure pain with hypnosis is not that easy.
However, as you know its not totally unheard of that dentists and other doctors use hypnosis for anastetics instead of painkillers.

Without actually writing the whole pain killing script here, here is the basic NLP idea of killing teeth pain.

You will have to go into trance ( a state between sleep and awake ) and picture a control panel, sort of a small wheel.
To the left picture the blue colour….painless feeling…., and to the right side picture the red colour….
Now turn the wheel, not only mentally…use your thumb and index finger as if you´re turning the wheel.

I know this NLP excercise might sound odd, but try it out…until you feel a different sensation of your pain.
Even if the pain increases…it still means that it works.

Drugs are a problem and this is worse when you know someone who is using it. While many think that sending the person to rehab is the only solution, there are other ways to help them. One person that can help is someone who has had hypnosis training.

Someone who has hypnosis training can make your addiction go away by imparting hypnotic suggestion into your subconscious. To do that, they first have to make you go into a state of trance.

Most of the specialists you might find these days got their certificate of completion from hypnosis training in the web. In fact, there are hundreds of sites and it is easy to sign up and then get all the information you need to get started.

Hypnosis training is effective and it can be used on an individual or group basis. This can only happen of course if the drug addict walks into the clinic and asks for help because these people will not go out into the streets looking for them.

This means the drug addict has to admit that he or she has a problem and must be willing to open to the idea of what hypnosis can do for them. They have to complete 5 sessions or more to see any improvement so do your share by encouraging them to continue. The end result is overwhelming and it is nice to know that you helped someone change their lives and remain drug free.

As for the rest who are still hooked, well you can ignore the problem or try to help them. You can do that by persuading them to see someone who has hypnotic training like your friend or take it as a call to become a specialist yourself and do your share.

If you decide to become a specialist, always remember to upgrade your skills regularly. While learning from experience is a very good teacher, there are other ways to become a better specialist. You just have to keep yourself updated with the latest information that will surely be released in journals and seminars.

Another option is to attend seminars by people in the same line of work because your hypnosis training can help millions only if you know how you can help them.

Hypnosis for fun

Here is a hypnosis script you can use in a party. There is nothing paranormal about this, so don´t worry. There won´t be any demons hunting you :D

First of all, you need to ask your subject (the person you will do the hypnosis trick on) to relax.

You ask him to close his eyes, and then you go through a step-by-step relaxing session for each body part for him.
For example, you can say:
- I want you to relax your head now, every little tiny micro muscle you have on the top of your head…on your cheeks…your lips
Then you go to the next part of the body..and so on…

Then you say:
Now I want you to imagine that you stand on the top of a stairway, and there are 10 steps. You´re standing on your tired…tired legs.
On the bottom floor , there is a big fluffy and puffy bed with big and puffy pillows…, you will get there soon. Very soon…

So start your journey by taking the first step down to nr 9…, thats good….
And now take another step to number 8…feeling that comfortable bed within reach. Soon there…

And so on…and so on…., until you come to nr 0…

Then you say:
- Now fall into deep , deeep relaxation. This is really what hypnosis is all about.., feeling rest and serenity.
When a persons relaxes, they dont want to think about small unessesary time consuming things. When a person is so relaxes as you “probably” are right now, a person wants to forget small things. One of the things a person doesnt bother about now, is how similar a b looks like a d, or how a p is an upside down b.
And another time consuming thing is the numbers we use to stress ourselfs. One number that takes a lot of space in our daily lifes is the number 5.
This is also one of the things i wish for you to stop thinking about. Just forget the number 5, as if it never existed before…, just relax…and let the number 5 just slip your mind. You may…or may not understand or realise why the nr 5 is so thought consuming, but that doesnt really matter now.., what matters most is that you just let the nr 5 slip your mind. Forget nr 5…, i dont want you to remember the nr 5…., thats good….
Just let the nr 5 slip your mind…, its as if you never known this stressfull number before.

Now,,,i want you to slowly to wake up. When i count to 3, i want you to open your eyes.
1. Opening your eyes slowly
2. Stretching your arms and your muscles
3. Feeling good and refreshed…, !!!

How did that feel?
Great? how nice…

Im just gonna check if you´re alert enough now, or if you´re still tired from the relaxation session we had now.
What is 1+3 ? (he will answer 4)
What is 1+1? (he will answer 2)

What is 2+3 …., he will be silent..and try to remember how to prenounce this number!!
It really works, believe it or not!!! AND EVERYBODY WILL LAUGH!!!
Your subject will just be annoyed, because the answer…nr 5,,,is on the tip of his tongue but he can´t get it out!!

If you are browsing the internet for free nlp or hypnosis downloads I would give you the suggestion to stop right now.
Why? Well, since when does good information or education come cheap?

If you find some nlp free ebook or whatever it usually means you’re getting genuine crap information. This is basically because nowadays everybody calls themselve professionals in different areas.
Always remember that certified nlp practioners or hypnotists spend money, time and energy on the material they create. So why would they give it away for free? It would be insane if they did.

However, those other pranksters out there offering free downloadable ebooks, do that in order to get your email adress.

Once they got your emailadress they will spam you with targeted marketing, basically meaning that you will get tons of nlp material to buy. Because they now know that the owner of that email adress is interested in nlp.

Insomnia cure and NLP and hypnosis

Do you belong to those people who goes to bed in time, but you don´t fall asleep until late in the night.
Turning and twisting in the bed for hours, thinking about daily problems?

Well, you´re not alone.

I had this problem myself. And actually, my insomnia problem was what got me involved with NLP and hypnosis.
I remember i downloaded a hypnosis session from www.insomnia-insomniac.com, and ofcourse I was skeptical.

However, I was told to just listen to the words that the hypnotist was saying, nothing more. Just to listen and follow instructions. And BOOOOM, i feel asleep.
The sensation of falling asleep suddenly, when you dont expect it (since i was used to twisting and turning in bed for hours) is pretty scary. It feels as if you´re falling…, but once you realise that its the sensation of hypnosis, its all right again.

One of the reasons why you cant fall asleep when thinking about daily problems is that you´re analyzing them. You are deepening your thought process.

What a hypnothist does is to give you instructions while you´re laying in bed, and getting your mind tired and a bit confused so that you´re disconnecting all the daily problems you have, and just letting your tiredness taking over. Its really that simple.

Now, love is a really hard part of life. It can be wonderful, and it can be a nightmare.

Did you ever get your heart broken? If so, you´re not alone.
But i would like to ask how you coped with it? I mean, how did you live with it?

I remember when I was young, and my first love broke up with me….i couldnt eat for days. I mean, i had to force myself to eat. And hey, im a guy and its pretty hard to admit that.

Its important to realise that what you´re sad or angry for is not the break up itself. You´re sad for losing what you thought your life would be like with your partner. And/or the idea or thought that the one you love doesnt want to be with you, or someone else is getting to be with him/her.
It feels more as a knife in the back, than a loss doesnt it?

This is how NLP can be used to cope with a broken heart:
One way of making this “big thing” smaller is to play/act the break up scen in your head.

Lets say he or she broke up with you through the phone.
What you should do then is the imagine that you are the operator that connected the phone call. You are not the one that got the broken heart. You are just someone that accidently listened to this break up.

Imagine this: You hear one person saying things as: I dont love you anymore, or i dont think its working out, and then you hear the other person crying or trying to save the relation. Play this scen in your mind, over and over again. But imagine it as a movie. You are still the “operator” hearing this….and what you see, is played in your head as a black and white movie. You know the old movies?

Once you do this over and over, within 1-2 days, you will distance yourself to it. You might think its not working, but in 2 days, you will feel and sense the big difference.
This NLP process is basically a way of distancing yourself of a painfull situation, and instead of hearing and feeling the pain you did before first hand…, you´ve programmed your mind to play the same situation up…but as a spectator…and suddenly, its not a big deal anymore.

People may say, this is not the way of coping with a broken heart. And maybe they are right, maybe there should be a longer process to really understand it and cope with it.
BUT…if you want fast results, just moving on with your life…this NLP technique works!

NLP and self diciplin

First I want to wish all of you a merry christmas.

Recently I held a class, and i was asked if there is anything to do to help against bad self dicipline.
Well, what is bad self dicipline, and how can NLP help?

Basically self diciplin is planning something or promising oneself something, but not sticking with it.
It can be anything from cheating against someone, or smoking or sending that job application that you promised yourself but never seem to do.

NLP and neuro linguistic programming can help you to program your mind to actually getting things done.
What you need to do is to change the view or impression you have of getting necessary things done.

For an example:
You always complain on your job, and you´ve told yourself that you will apply for a new job when you get home, but you never seem to do. Why is that?
Well, basically you see the job application as the first step to “a ton of other things that needs to be done”. Such as the job interview, buying some new cloths, getting your hair done, and sitting and trying to do a good job interview.

The mind knows, that the job application is the first step to this “time consuming process”.

With NLP you can block the rest of the process out of your mind.
Make the writing of the job application as simple in your mind as when you have to put your shoes on in the morning. Before you get home, focus on the next thing you´re gonna do after you´ve completed your job application. For example, going and swimming or renting a movie.

So put your focus on the 2nd thing that you need to do, that has nothing to do with the job application, so that the process of sending that job application seems as a small or tiny part of your daily tasks!

You could apply the same thing if you´re planning to stop smoking.
Tell yourself, that the hard part is not the “quitting to smoke”. The hard part is to smell fresh and clean, and to take a warm bath…., that is the hard part. Not smoking, is not a thing that you do, rather its a thing you dont have to do.

Nlp and and anxiety

Hey everybody!
After a small break in europes snow capital I’m back to write about nlp and neuro linguistic programming.

I actually met a woman telling me about her anxiety problems. At that point I didn’t tell her that I’m a certified hypnotist or certified nlp practioner.

She told me her anxiety and panic attacks occured whenever she was relaxed or free of any daily problem you could think about.
Now this is very interesting, since the mind usually finds problems if there are non present at the time. It’s actually an evolutionary thing we have to develop ourselves as humans.

Non the less the effects or symptoms of anxiety scares the crap out of people.

Anyway, me and this female friend of mine were sitting and watching tv, when she told me that she felt 100% free of trouble and problems.

I quickly asked her to keep her position but to stroke the palm of her left hand with her right index finger. And to savour the moment of this sensation with the finger stroking her palm and her being or feeling total harmony.

That’s anchoring. Combining a certain mindset with a certain physical sensation.

And I told her to do this movement whenever she got a panic attack.

Anyway , 1,5 weeks after this. I got a text message on my cellphone, telling me that her anxiety abrubtly ended when she stroke her palm with her right index finger
We didn’t speak more about that. But after 1,5 weeks I received and

Hey guys!
I´m back, and nowadays im a proud owner to a Macbook. My God, im so happy with it, finally a computer that really starts up in seconds, and not 10 minutes as my former Fujitsu Siemens crap laptop.
If you´re a business owner, you should check out or at least think about getting a MacBook!
Imagine, no viruses,,,no red error windows coming up!

Anyways, lets get to the point of NLP and how you can use it to pursuade customers into buying your product or service.
As you noticed, I started with talking about my new MacBook. Well it is true that i just purchased a new MacBook, but the way I said it probably made you believe that Im really happy with the MacBook, and that im not advertising it.

The trick is to make your communication seem as a recommendation, and not sales!
I know, it might sound obvious, but so many people forget that people are people and not a purchasing robot with a credit stuck to his or her hand.
But if you talk with them as if you dont really care if they buy or don´t, thats where your ticket is.
That means, don´t talk in terms of “buy this now”. Better, tell them: Think about it, but do you really need it? Would it solve your problem? If not, don´t waste your money.

With this NLP technique you seem more credible, reliable and honest.
Nobody wants to get pushed in to an obvious sell.
